Your Voice Matters

It is an honor to announce that I am running for Pomona City Council District 6.

Over 30 years as a teacher and high school counselor, I have worked closely with many Pomona families and have gained unique valuable insights into our community's needs. I moved to Pomona 24 years ago, purchased my home and raised my two children. I have been an active member and volunteer within various organizations, deeply committed to making a positive impact.

 

As your representative, I will collaborate with local and state leaders to work on increasing revenue to improve city services and ensure responsible use of your tax dollars. I will work closely with our police and fire department to tackle community violence and crime, the  unhoused  and create safer routes to schools.

 

I will work with  residents to repair and repave streets, alleys, and address illegal dumping. I will promote good jobs and fair wages; address landlord and tenant issues; support trades, educational opportunities, sports, and recreational programs for youth, seniors, and veterans.

 

​I vow to be a responsive representative for our district , to hold city hall accountable and be transparent to the residents of Pomona. Our community deserves clean, safe neighborhoods for a better quality of life. I humbly request your support!
